  3. I would guess that there are two possible sources for the problem. First, your long board may be warping. This will be the result of grain direction or stress due to humidity/moisture changes.

  9. I used to have the exact same issue with my Ender 3. I fixed it by applying some glue to the plate before it started printing; the glue makes the filament stick and not drag behind the toolhead without adhering.

  10. Since nobody had any idea what cause the problem, I investigated for a full week. The problem is related to Fade Height and .... a warp bed , since I have ABL (Auto Bed Levelling) and Fade Height enable.

  11. I'm glad that's an option for you as it's generally the best course of action in such a situation. Although sometimes one can remove warp successfully there's no guarantee it won't try to return.

  17. Consider using a different material. Since you're on a replicator 2 you're probably not printing with ABS (which would be a terrible choice for a large, flat model) but probably with PLA.
