  2. A couple things that haven't been mentioned yet: feed several pieces in one after another. If I feed piece B before piece A exits, the rollers don't have a chance to drop (and hence, there's no chance for snipe).

  7. The behaviour you are describing (stopping to extrude before the nozzle finish moving) is called coasting and is actually a desirable one if tuned correctly (which is clearly not your case).

  9. You can find gcode information at the RepRap wiki . The obvious other thing to try is G1 X10 for a move. Octoprint prints by sending the individual file's gcode one line at a time over USB.

  14. You probably need to manually set the Z-probe offset in the Configuration. The CR-touch is mounted a little lower than the nozzle to prevent the nozzle from interfering when leveling.

  15. After many hours tinkering, pulling things apart, testing them and re-assembling them, it turned out that the problem was a broken wire for the X_Min endstop. This has now been replaced and the problem is resolved.

  17. I had this same issue with my CR-10s. My black and white wires were reversed where I plugged them in to the motherboard in place of the stock z stop wires.

  18. I’ve figured it out. The issue was that the SD card was faulty, even though it seemed to work perfectly fine. I went out and bought a new one and then everything started working again.
